   Chef Louie's business standards for high quality and convenient food services were established in 1987 when we opened our first public restaurant in Marlborough Massachusetts. Our original concept was formed by the need to establish an alternative to the fast food restaurants that were serving limited and unhealthy products to the local public and business community.

   Our original food service concept was to offer freshly prepared lean healthy meals, home made soups, a fresh salad bar and a wide variety of specialty sandwiches using only the leanest cuts of meat available. Our restaurant business was founded on traditional family partnership values and featured American style cuisine. We serve our customers like they are guests at the family dinner table. Our business ethics are simple -  be honest and fair to your employees and vendors and always try to do the right thing. We were an immediate success and acclaimed as a good place to take your lunch break!
