Chef Louie's Pocket Cafe services offer the same basic food services as the multistation cafes. The major difference is the space dedicated to create customized stations and the size of the population
being served. When space or population requirements are not available many of these stations have to be consolidated into multitasking work and service areas. To replace the variety of daily offerings
from multi stations, we create daily specials or theme days such as pizza day or pasta day..

Our Catering Services operates from 7 AM to 3 PM. After hours and off site events will be by special arrangement. We also provide services to all conference rooms and training classes. Services include
delivery, set‑up, breakdown and all paper goods. The Board Room services (if required) will include china, linen's, glassware and silverware when requested. Our Staff will prepare special requests as
well as help our clients create a custom menu tailored to fit your requests.

Louie's Wholesale Provision Program offers our customers the ability to purchase for home consumption whole beef and poultry products at wholesale prices. Items such as whole sirloin strips, tenderloin
beef, boneless chicken breasts, baby back pork ribs, boneless pork chops and fresh ground beef are examples. All of these items come m individual Cryo‑Pac packages to preserve freshness and ease of
handling. All of our products are butchered and delivered on the same day you pick it up!

Louie's Holiday Pie Proms offers our customer's seasonal pies on popular holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving that are freshly baked and boxed for travel to your relatives or friends house or to simply lighten your holiday
cooking load! This program adds convenience and cost saving value to our "bundle" of food services.
