Our Executive Chefs Must:

  • Coordinate all preparation & presentation of food within the operation
  • Delegate responsibilities to the kitchen staff in order to make the operation run smoothly and efficiently with quality product and cost saving methods in mind.
  • Have a working knowledge of the corporate food service environment and an understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Possess extraordinary knowledge of all aspects of culinary arts as well as the ability to communicate that to the staff to assure that they meet our very high expectation for food quality and service.
  • Have Working knowledge of food cost, inventory control systems and purchasing.
  • Assist in all hiring of qualified staff as well as training to meet company expectations for that staff member.
  • Maintain compliance and have a thorough working knowledge of state, federal and company sanitation standards.
  • Be certified in a registered sanitation course.
  • Keep abreast of new ideas and trends within the food service industry.
