Our Chef /Managers Must:

  • Possess outstanding culinary skills, food knowledge, presentation skills and willingness to learn all aspects of the food service operation.
  • Understand and promote the importance of teamwork and communicate how each team member effects the environment and the goals of the operation.
  • Possess an understanding of the corporate food service environment and the importance of a strong focus on the customers and their needs.
  • Have the ability to communicate with their staff to assure that the quality of food, service, and company standards are met throughout the operation.
  • Take the initiative to continually educate staff on all aspects of the food service operation, and most importantly implement proper sanitation procedures.
  • Have the ability to recognize problems, make recommendations for approvals and manage their successful resolution.
