Our Assistant Cooks Must:
- Possess culinary skills, food knowledge, presentation skills and willingness to all learn aspects of the food service operation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of proper sanitation and food handling standards.
- Understand the importance of teamwork and have the willingness to participate and take initiative to meet common goals.
- Perform all production duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understand the importance of customer service and the effect of the good relationships that it promotes.
- Have the ability to follow menu recipes accurately and understand that quality is our top priority.
